A splendid evening unfolded on Friday, August 4th, as art enthusiasts and connoisseurs converged to honor our latest Featured Artist, Hugo Cruz, and open his month-long exhibit at the Gallery. Hailing from the vibrant artistic community of Gainesville, FL, Hugo Cruz is a multifaceted artist, renowned for his exquisite infrared photography and intricate metalwork. The gallery transformed into a realm of artistic wonder, adorned with Hugo’s captivating photography on one side and his intricate metal sculptures on the other. The turnout for the event was truly heartwarming, a testament to the local community’s admiration for Hugo’s distinct talents.
Among the highlights of the evening was the delectable spread that awaited guests, provided by our generous and talented volunteers. Culinary delights were expertly curated to cater to both the senses and the palate, adding a delightful touch to the entire experience.
