The Art League of North Florida (ALNF) is set to host our 2025 annual Winter Art Show, exclusively for ALNF members. On display at the Gateway Art Gallery throughout the month of January, this event showcases the talent within our art community, beginning with a special opening reception and awards ceremony to celebrate the artists. Aided by the generous support of Steve Smith, financial advisor for Edward Jones, this show promises to be a wonderful opportunity for artists to exhibit their work, gain recognition, and network with other creative individuals.

- Entry Drop-off Date: December 28th, 11 am – 2 pm
(Please note that due to lack of storage space, early or late entries cannot be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.) - Opening Reception & Awards Ceremony: Friday, January 3rd, at 5:30 pm
- Entry Pick-up Dates: January 30th & 31st during regular Gallery hours*

Show Qualifications:
To enter the Winter Art Show, participants must be current ALNF members in good standing and meet the following requirements:
- Membership Requirement: 2024 ALNF memberships expire on December 31. To be eligible to participate in the 2025 show (and other member-only events throughout the year), please ensure your membership is active by joining or renewing for 2025 when you drop off your entry for the show.
- Submission Criteria:
- One entry per member
- Artwork must be created within the last two years and be 100% created by the artist—artwork created in a class or workshop is ineligible.
- Size limit: No piece should exceed 36 inches in any direction
- Hanging requirements: Framed and canvas-wrapped artwork must be wired for hanging. Saw teeth hangers may not be used.
- Categories:
- Painting: Oil, acrylics, watercolor
- Drawing: Graphite, pastels, pen & ink, charcoal
- Photography: Specify any altered/photoshopped images
- Mixed Media/3D: Fabric arts, sculpture, woodworking, 100% handcrafted jewelry, digital painting, alcohol inks, other mixed media
- AI Restriction: No artwork utilizing AI in any form will be accepted, and entries may require verification of the creative process if questions about authenticity arise.
*Please Note: Due to limited storage capacity, artwork may not be dropped off early and must be picked up on the specified pick-up date(s). Any unclaimed entries will become property of the Gallery to be sold or donated.
